About 15 minutes from Saga-Arashiyama Station of JR line.

However, taking a taxi from Kyoto Station may involve the risk of getting stuck in traffic. 

Due to congestion, there is a possibility of a significant increase in the fare.

My experience of arashiyama monkey park

I often visit Arashiyama Monkey Park, but during the cherry blossom season from late March to April, it gets extremely crowded. 

Not only Japanese locals but also many international tourists flock to the area. 

During busy periods, it can be challenging to catch a bus or hail a taxi to visit Arashiyama Monkey Park. 

In such cases, it is recommended to use a taxi-hailing app to personally call for a taxi.
